A few things you might be wondering.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account, set up your business, and start your subscription from Settings. You’ll get every feature free for 14 days. A payment card is required at checkout; you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
What counts as a seat?
Each person with a GroundTender login uses one seat, whatever their role: owners, office staff, and crew members who sign in to the field app. An invitation that hasn’t been accepted yet counts too. Crew members without a login don’t use a seat, so they’re free on every plan.
What happens if I go over?
Nobody gets locked out. When every seat on your plan is taken, new invitations pause until you upgrade or remove an account; everyone already signed in keeps working. Change plans any time from Settings → GroundTender subscription → Manage billing, and the difference is prorated. More than 25 people signing in? E-mail [email protected].
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Settings → GroundTender subscription → Manage billing to cancel. Your access continues through the period you’ve already paid for, and your subscription won’t renew.
Do you take a cut of customer payments?
No. Connect your own Stripe account and your customers pay your business directly. Stripe’s processing fees still apply. You can also record check and cash payments.
Will this work through snow season?
Yes. Manage recurring lawn and landscape work alongside as-needed services such as snow removal and storm cleanup, with one customer record and one schedule.
